~My Country tis of thee~

My Patriotic finishing continued today.... As my personal display of Americana grows, I'm enjoying selecting a design I've stitched and adding detail with its finish..... Enjoy today's highlight~~~

I love the way the flag is billowing in the breeze~

I chose a complimentary accent fabric with tiny flags.... I try to use simple prints so your eye remains focused on the stitch....

As most of you know, I love simple "x's" on the seams....

Today's addition to the collection is one of my favorites.... And, like the others, unique in its own way...

I'm having fun with this..... Simple summer fun~

Happy stitching!

  6. Can you share the brand (if you know it) of the tiny flag fabric you used in finishing? I'd love to get some of that for a patriotic quilt I've been stashing fabric away for.
    Lovely pieces!
    Thank you
