I can explain......

Greetings all!!!!! Hoping your weekend was awesome.... As we ready ourselves for the second episode of Downton Abby, I thought I'd sneak in a quick post....
No work was devoted to Rebecca Robinson what so ever this week... What????? ... I can explain.... A fellow stitching friend had posted pictures of her awesome finish of Primitive Traditions , Spectacle Pocket....and, when I saw it, well....It just SPOKE to me....unique, perfect colors and a mid-size project.... Hmmm... Let me just say, once I started, I could not put it down!!!!

Plus, when I saw that I had the recommended 40 count Lakeside Pear linen along with all the npi's on hand, double reason to stitch this baby on up....

I just love a design that has a house in it....

and a bird or two.....

Are you thinking what I'm thinking to use as the lining to this Spectacles Case....?

I'm thinking so.......
Have a great everyone.......
Faye

  15. Yeah, when you have the linen AND all the NPIs on hand to stitch the design, it's pretty much a sign from the stitching gods that you need to stitch it. ;) Beautiful finish!! I can't wait to see your finishing.
