A splash of color......

...settling back in the groove was rough today.... I love long weekends, especially those that humble you such as Memorial Day..... But, with 8 school days left in the Year Round school calendar...... Let's just say things are wide open on the job front right now.....

I did have a chance to complete the stitching on two smaller WIP's over the weekend.... But before I show them, I wanted to post my update on AAWFAA... The Nicola's Scarlet Letter Year blog is growing with gorgeous sampler finishes.... Here is my current sampler...

**here** is the free chart.... I plan on a unique prim patriotic finish for this one....

Well, time to wind down.... I have been trying to catch up on blog reading and I'm afraid I have been awful with the lack of commenting..... Thanks to all who gave me a shout out on my recent finish Down Virginia Way..... :)

......hoping everyone has a great week.....

  14. Your Scarlet Letter piece is coming along great. And your two little finishes are so sweet. Particularly the DT one. I have had it in my stash for quite a while and don't know why I haven't stitched it yet. Might be my next start.

  34. I can understand the hectic craziness of the last few days of school. The stitching’s that you did post pictures of looks really great. The first one was interesting. Is it safe to assume that it was a representation of Adam and Eve? Keep up the wonderful work.
