Wow! Thanks to everyone who have been emailing me about my recent move... Happily, I'm still in
Southern Pines NC.... I'm settled in and looking forward to my summer break from my First Graders~

I have had requests to show a close up of these nice metal end caps you use on wool strawberries..
Drawstring top.... Fully lined.... You specify the deminsions you need~ Each is custom made~
Several ladies have purchased a coordinating project roll so they can slide their protected smaller stitch project inside and have all they need....
Additionally, I have been rolling out 12" and 19" project rolls....
Coordinated Carolina Stitcher project bag with project roll....
I can accommodate your color requests....Or, you can mail me your fabric....
After much encouragement from others, I am now sewing a small Carolina Stitcher tab in the side seam of the project bags~ It feels good to put my name on my products...
Interestingly, the 7 X 9" accessory size bags have become very popular also... They are great for stitch group gifts and for those of you going to retreats and gatherings, they make a nice thank you gifts....
I've enjoyed your visit with me this morning.... I'd like to announce a Summer Giveway to commemorate me making my 100th 12" Project Roll.... When I sewed it up this past week, I sat it aside to use as a giveaway item... I was very tempted not to even try to win something as there is so much competition, but somebody's got to win and it may well be me. I would love to win anything that you have made, I do admire the zipped wallets that you make and would love it if you could do a tutorial some time, but maybe I'll just treat myself instead. I - as always - love your finishings. The project bags with coordinating project rolls are simply amazing. Especially the blue ensemble with the stitched alphabet on the bag.

ReplyDeleteMy sister is a teacher too (4th grade this year, next year it will be 5th) so I know that look really well! She always has serious stress at the beginning and ending of the school year but at least at the end there is the reward of all those days off! I know you'll enjoy every minute!
