A timely act of kindness....

Last week I devoted time to stitching Red Reindeer by Birds of a Feather.... I wanted something samplerish seasonal for my wrought iron stand in my craft room... I knew it would involve a little blind stitching the binding, once sewn up... So, when I was surprised to receive this gift in fridays mail from sweet Tamami, I knew my finishing job would move along nicely...
Feast your eyes...

It is one of her sweet bags with a set of handmade clips....perfect for using when stitching your bindings....

.

So, I went right to business.....

Resulting in this...

It hides my Keurig machine perfectly....

I loved this stitch.... The Heritage linen by Picture this Plus was perfect... See the mottling from this angle??
I hope everyone as a fantastic week..... Be safe!!

What a sweet finish for a darling little sampler! I've had this chart in my stash for a very long time, but haven't ever seen it stitched. I love that it now hides the coffee maker!

Lovely binder clips and a great finish Faye! I don't always get time to comment but love all your recent finishes for yourself and your customers. You get so much done, I don't know how you fit it all in! Have a great holiday season with lots of stitching time I hope.

What a great use for hair clips. Far less dangerous than pins sticking out of the cloth.

Your finish turned out great!
