Today's picture walk~

Hello friends! Spring is approaching fast here in the Carolina's and it won't get here soon enough for me! I've had a few finishes for fellow stitches leave my craftroom here lately..... I thought I'd share some with you this morning....

Hands to Work by Tracy Riffle/

Lone Elm Designs

SweetHeart Tree (front)

(Back)

Littlehouse Designs~ Land of the Free

Little House Needleworks~Home of the Brave

I love adding layers of detail to stitched pieces....

Wool applique on silk matka

Piped edge pillow~

I recently fell in love with the booklet In Friendships Way by Blackbirds Designs.... I especially loved the larger sampler but tweaked the thread colors after seeing it stitched by Nan Lewis...

A couple smaller designs in the booklet will soon be mounted on a distressed box and sewn into a Needlebook.... And, hopefully will be with me at the upcoming Prim Stitcher's Society Retreat in Atlanta....

I hope you enjoyed today's picture walk.... I'll happily spend my day with the screen door opened, listening the birds chirp in the sunny 65 degree weather as I keep the sewing machine humming.... As my hands stay busy, my heart remains full.....

Happy stitching friends~

Faye

Lovely finishes, Faye! The Live Simply design (that you turned into a project bag)is by Tracy Riffle of Hands to Work though and not LHN. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Your work is always so beautiful, Faye. I must add that your photography is amazing also. Not only do you do a lovely job finishing the items, your pictures displaying them are works of art, too. :-)

so many incredible beautiful stitched things finished into treasured pieces. So many happy people getting these beauties. I need to send a few things along to you in the near future and get in line ! I think full blown summer has come to the deep south - record highs today approaching 90 degrees - now its just too early for those kinds of temps. Take care and enjoy your spring break !

I love the sewing box you received. Do you happen to know where I would be able to buy a similar box. I love the idea of the two small removeable trays. Also, are you selling any of the kits for the strawberry pincushion you taught?
