Good Sunday morning friends and fellow Stitcher's....
Spring has about finished popping out here in the Carolina's~ Pollen is settling some (finally!).... I wanted to share a few photos of recent finishes and indulge you in a few photos of the recent Primitive Stitcher's Retreat in Marietta GA.... I was fortunate enough to be a teacher at this years retreat and so humbled to be called on to instruct others.... We all had the times of our lives! Our community of Stitcher's, designers, needleworkers and artisans is bursting at the seams with commradery .....
Here is the 2016 PSS Retreat exclusive design by Lori Brechlin of Notforgotten Farm... I chose to sew my stitch into a project bag so each time I reach for it, I'll remember the good times....
This is the Retreat size which is 8 X 9" size....
The Retreat size bag is a perfect size to hold Lori's charts...
And.... Here is a glimpse of last years commemorative design by Nan Lewis of Threadwork Primitives....
I have also been getting back in swing of finishing for others....
These are the accessories for the Azulejo Sewing Casket by Guilia Punti Antichi.... They are beautifully stitched which makes my finishing easier to manage....
Scissor pocket, fob and Needlebook....
Front and back of Needlebook... Custom cording~
My customer was thrilled to add these pieces to her stitched Casket.... Stitching needs to be displayed and enjoyed!
Many of you have already seen so many photos of the retreat....
Here is a glimpse of my table in the Merchandise Mall.... I was a vendor in addition to being a retreat teacher....
The classroom set up was very nice.... My assistant, Linda Page, and I were able to hold classes teaching 34 people in each class.....
We wanted to present each attendee with a complete kit nicely packaged with all materials included....
The top drawers come out for more storage below.... I LOVE this box and will actually use it daily... Thanks SO much from the bottom of my heart!
Many blessings~ Faye

Hi Faye, everything is beautiful as usual. You are so talented! Yes, I'm thankful that the pollen has finally started to settle down, too. It was really bad this year. And I bet your little first graders love you as much as you love them.
I want to order some of your caps what is rhe best way to place the order? You can inbox me on facebook or I can give you my gmail. Ann Thompson with Shepherd's Needle attended the retreat and had a good time. Should I have her contact you through the shop? Thank you Faye.
Yessss! It was a great retreat, and you're an awesome teacher and merchant. Hope your spring into summer is smooth. Hugs and Joy to you!
Love love love you Miss Faye! I am so glad I finally got to meet you!!! Loved your class... can't wait to make strawberries for all my friends.
How lucky are your little students, to see your lovely smiling face each day! What a wonderful experience to have such a loving teacher as they begin their education journey! I have a few framed cross stitch pieces that I stitched years ago. I would like to "unframe" them and send them your way to see you work your magic. Love all the goings on at the retreat...thanks for sharing with us.

Everything looks wonderful Faye! I was sorry to miss the PSS Retreat this year but I'm registered for next year - woohoo!! I've made little strawberries before but I love those caps you're using so will contact you about those. Thanks for the inspiration :-)
I get excited when I see your picture walk posts….Yahoo, eye candy.
Ahhhh, beautiful as always. Your finishing work is truly an inspiration. Your pre-packaged class kit is top notch. I would love to take one of your classes…maybe someday.
Your students are lucky to have you as a teacher.
When I open my email, the first thing I look for is your email as they always bring a smile to my face. You are so talented and I treasure the Moss Creek Shaker box and accessories that you finished for me. It has a prominent home on my entertainment center in my living room for everyone to see. Thank you for sharing your talent with everyone and turning our stitching into heirlooms.

Hi Faye,
I received your blog post through my email and I just hit reply. That may have been wrong or you are just busy so sorry if this is a repeat and I think I will try just sending you an email also to your new email. I would like to order 6 of the strawberry caps,3 of each, and I wanted to see if you sold the little metal tags on your rolls. If you do sale them I would like a few of those. I just need to know how to pay you also. I do have a paypal account if that is good for you.
thanks so much
